Introducing Calamus Estate Winery Stargazing Nights 2023.
Experience an evening of Great Wine, Great Food, Great Views and GREAT Live Music Dancing Fun!
Members of the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada: Niagara Centre will be taking over our telescope and providing our guests with a once in a lifetime experience…. Telescope in our Chronos Observatory Tower and in the vineyard for your viewing.  Lawn games will be placed in vineyard.
 We start with a special themed toasting cocktail when you arrive complimentary…….
TIMES
Event starts 6:00 p.m.
Buffet dinner starts at 7:30 p.m.
Live music from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Chef Salad
Lemon Kale Salad-chopped kale marinated in lemon olive oil, Romano cheese, shaved grana Padano with sweet roasted walnuts on the side
-Asiago Ceaser Salad-crispy romaine tossed in dressing with rosemary focaccias, crisp bacon and padona
Pasta
Cheese Tortellini with arugula and oven-dried tomatoes in a truffle cream sauce
Chicken Sorento
Prosciutto and fior di latte with a fig jam
Seared Salmon
Dry seared salmon with a lemon white wine butter sauce
Seasonal Vegetables
Freshly sliced seasonal vegetables grilled with olive oil and fresh herbs.
Roasted Potatoes
Coffee and Tea Service
Assorted desserts of handmade cannoli’s, squares and cakes

Bar Service
The retail store will be open for the entire evening for you to purchase wine by the bottle (no corkage fees, at retail pricing) or by the glass. Bottled beer and alcohol menu also available to be purchased by the glass. Cash, credit and debit accepted in retail store.
NOTE: You are seated outside in our covered event venue overlooking the waterfall gardens and vineyard.
Seating takes place for tables of 2 on our wrought iron tables for tables over 4 and up will be seated on our beautiful wooden harvest tables.
If you are attending with a group and book separately, please note in the comments who you would like to be seated with.
Groups over 8 will be placed next to each other.
