STARGAZING NIGHT – Oct.12th
Introducing Calamus Estate Winery Stargazing Nights 2024.
Experience an evening of great wine, great food, great views and great live music!
Local Astronomers will be leading us on our stargazing journey. We will have an astronomer operating our telescope located in our Chronos Observatory tower (one of the largest in Niagara!) as well as in the vineyard. This is truly a once in a lifetime experience, not to be missed! In between stargazing, and live music head out to the lawn to enjoy a variety of lawn games.
We always start the night with a complimentary cocktail upon your arrival…
TIMES
Please arrive early to ensure you seated and have time to visit the bar before the event begins.
Event Starts 6 p.m.
Buffet Dinner starts at 7:30p.m.
Live Music from 6:30 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Featuring: The musician is “Pat Mathews Duo”
Telescope viewing from Dark till 11 p.m.

-Assorted Breads with bruschetta & aioli’s
-Apple & Spicy Pecan Salad with dried cranberries, spring mix, roasted red peppers and goat cheese with balsamic vinaigrette
-Panzanella Salad with spring mix, cherry tomatoes, red onion, focaccia crotons and a tangy vinegarette
-Garlic Mashed Potatoes
-Seasonal Vegetables
-Butternut Squash Ravioli tossed I a chardonnay and sage cream sauce topped with crispy prosciutto and fresh arugula
-Tuscan Chicken Supreme stuffed with spinach, mozzarella, sundried tomato, herbed cream cheese with a parmesan rose sauce
-Carved AAA Angus slow roasted rosemary striploin
-Cannoli’s & Assorted squares with Coffee & Tea

Bar Service
The retail store will be open for the entire evening for you to purchase wine by the bottle (no corkage fees, at retail pricing) or by the glass. Bottled Beer and alcohol menu are also available to be purchased by the glass. Cash, Credit and debit accepted in retail store.
NOTE: You are seated outside in our covered event venue overlooking the waterfall gardens and vineyard. If you are attending with a group and book separately, please note in the comments who you would like to be seated with. Groups over 8 will be placed next to each other.
