6:00 to 7:00pm—Welcome—Wine & Appetizer in the Tasting Room and barrel tasting in our 350 Underground Cellar 
7:00 pm Loft Room for Dinner & Entertainment Piano — 
Food by Chef pascal from Feastivites Events and Catering 
Calamus Wines will be paired & served with each course $105 per person (all in) - Cosmic Club or Stargazing Wine Club Members $90 
 

 

First Course

Crispy Camembert with red pepper jelly, Candied pecan and frisee salad

 

Second Course

Sundried Ravoli with Rose Sauce 
 

Main Course: Choose when making reservation;

Beef Striploin with leek butter, boursin potato galette, garlic broccolini and truffle sauce 

OR

Chicken Breast Supreme breast with butternut squash risotto, roasted baby heirloom carrots and spiced jus

OR

Fillet of Atlantic Salmon with Caper-lemon potato, roasted cauliflower, romesco sauce 

 Dessert:

Chocolate praline tart served with fruit compote and vanilly chantilly OR  Chocolate bombe with Caramel center and maple creme anglaise

Experience Our
Chronos Observatory

The Chronos Observatory
What is often mistaken for a silo on the side of our renovated barn, is in fact the Chronos Observatory. Inside the observatory is a deep space telescope capable of viewing interstellar bodies in significant detail.

We will be planning events using the telescope and invite astronomy enthusiasts to contact us about booking their events at the winery.
