Chefs Valentine Dinner in Barn Loft
Saturday February 15th 6:00 to 10:00 pm
6:00 to 6:45 pm – Welcome – with a glass of Calamus Wines and Hors D’oeuvres.
7:00 pm – Loft Room for Dinner – Candlelight Dinner served in our century old barn loft with Chef Alex Barron.
Each course will be paired with Calamus Wines with owner Peter Van-Helsdingen.
First course: Fresh Oyster with fresh shaved Horseradish, Lemon and Beet Pearls.
Second course: Wild Mushroom Strudel – wild & cultivated Mushrooms, Fine Herbs, Bacon Gouda, Frisee Greens with a Garlic Truffle cream sauce.
Third course: Heart Shaped Ravioli Pasta with Basil Marinara sauce
Fourth course, Main course: please choose at booking or before Feb 10th.
Roasted Striploin of Beef with Leek Butter, Potato Dauphinoise, Braised Kale and Roasted Cauliflower
Herb Roasted Chicken Supreme with Romesco Sauce, crispy Polenta, Braised Kale and Roasted Cauliflower, Basil & Chili Vinny.
Pan Seared West Coast Salmon, warm German Potato Salad, Braised Kale and Roasted Cauliflower with Caroway and Lemon Hotel Butter.
Fifth course: Chocolate Pistachio Terrine served with Honey Ginger Crème Brulee.
