Chef Pascal started his career 25 years ago attending Lycee Hotelier culinary School in Toulose France and then mastered his skills at Hotel Prince de galles and Hotel Nikko in Paris France, Worked at leading hotels such as Sutton Place hotel in New Port Beach California, and the Rtiz Carlton in Barcelona. You will be personally be served by Peter Van Helsdingen, owner of the Calamus Estate and Feastivities Events where he will speak on his culinary and teaching expeiences from around the world.
When you and your guest arrive you will be ushered to our 350 barrel Cellar with a unique barrel tapping with our Wine maker Kevin Panagapka
Where you will be enjoying some unique Butlered Hors D’oeurves served in the cellar.
